What you can expect

When you walk into one of my units you will be welcomed by all the warmth of the woodwork which is all made of Andean Mahogany, the flooring is all coralline tiles, the counter tops are a natural granite and stainless steel appliances.  You will have a beautiful blend of Caribbean and a contemporary charm. These units were designed for comfort and functionality.

Estrella del Mar is one of the most sought-after communities to rent in Bávaro as it is a small community with only 44 units, half of which are rentable so it is never over run with people. Along with it being within walking distance of everything you will need to have an exceptional Vacation, this community offers: controlled access, 24 hour security, a lobby, two large pools with a gazebos (both gazebos have BBQ's and an area to dine in), gardens, central air conditioning, and a parking space assigned to each condominium. In addition to all of this we as a community are please to announce that we have a resort style water purification system installed for your safety. Please note that as with everywhere in the D.R it is not recommended to drink the water from the taps but it is safe to shower and cook with.

**NOTE** For you Internet junkies; each of my Unit's has it's own private Internet Access along with an upgraded Wi-Fi system for use at the pools.
